A proposed 5,576 square foot multi-tenant shop building with a drive through will soon be coming to the Maricopa Wells Shopping Center. The new shops, located just south of Bahama Buck’s, has a preliminary list of tenants including: Bosa Donuts, Banner Physical Therapy, and an unnamed retail user.
