Ninteen single family detached homes sold in Maricopa between Jan. 1 and Jan. 15 with the average sales price of $182,596 for a home with 2,353 sqare feet, four bedrooms and 2 and one-half baths after 126 days on the market.

The Arizona Multiple Listing Service reports that the home with the highest selling price during that period had 3,571 square feet, six bedrooms, three bathrooms and sold for $263,319 after 387 days on the market.

The home fetching the lowest sales price featured 1,368 square feet, two bedrooms and two baths and sold for $108,150 within eight days of being listed.

The list includes new homes sold by builders through the MLS plus resale homes, but not homes sold by the owners themselves who didn’t go through the MLS.
