It’s fall, so why not celebrate with a Fall Festival? That’s exactly what Pima Butte Elementary School has planned for Friday, October 27, from 5-8 p.m. Families, relatives, neighbors and friends are all invited to this annual event.

Everyone needs to bring a bag to hold all the many prizes from the game booths provided by the Community of Hope Church, which meets every Sunday at the school. In addition to the games, there will be a costume parade, food and drinks, face painting, souvenir photos, tricycle races and a cake walk. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

Discounted tickets, three for $1 and 20 for $5, will be available from members of the Pima Butte PTO, who will have a booth at the Maricopa Vendor Expo at the school on Saturday, October 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets will also be available in the school’s office before and after school on Monday through Friday, October 23-27. Order now and save; tickets will be 50 cents at the festival.

“The Fall Festival is a great way to celebrate the changing of the seasons and spend time with your kids,” explained Principal Janelle Lowey. “Pima Butte is blessed with a wonderful PTO and the generous Community of Hope church; their generosity and devotion are much appreciated by the staff and students here at Pima Butte.”

Volunteers are needed to help organize and staff the ticket booth, the Costume Parade, the Cake Walk and the carved or decorated pumpkin contest. To help or to donate a cake for the Cake Walk, please contact Danielle Crudele via email or at (480) 471-5961.
