Demonstrating a “spirit of full disclosure,” the Government Finance Officers Association once again awarded Pinal County with its Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
This is the 15th year in a row that the Pinal County Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) has achieved this high honor.
The Government Finance Officers Association, a nonprofit professional association of government finance professionals, awards the certificate to recognize excellence in government accounting and financial reporting.
An electronic version of the report is posted on the county’s website each year at www.pinalcountyaz.gov/Departments/Finance/Pages/CAFR.aspx.
