Plan ahead; think college

It’s never too early for students to start thinking about the future, particularly about higher education and attending college.

With those goals in mind, Maricopa Wells Middle School will host a College and University Fair on Thursday, Feb. 11, from 5-7 p.m. in the school’s multi-purpose room.

Representatives from various universities and junior colleges across the state will be present to speak with MUSD students, their parents or guardians, as well as members of the community. Topics will include:  programs, entrance requirements and general questions. Materials will be provided to take home.

As an extra incentive, there will be free food, prizes and raffles.
