5.1 SPR05.21: Stage Stop Marketplace- ADM Group, Inc. is requesting site plan review and approval for the development of restaurant, retail, and office space for the proposed “Stage Stop Marketplace.” The physical address is 44301 W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway; the existing warehouse resides on the Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway east of Maricopa Rd./John Wayne Pkwy. This property was previously utilized as a warehouse and will undergo renovation to facilitate the proposed services. Discussion & Action.
