On Monday evening the Planning & Zoning Commission will hold its fifth meeting for the review of Article 14 of the Maricopa City Code pertaining to Subdivision Regulations. The agenda follows:

5.1 TXT05-06: This is the fifth meeting to review the proposed Subdivision Regulations (Article 14 of the City Code) specifically for the City of Maricopa. The new Subdivision Regulations would repeal the existing Article 14 of the Maricopa City Code, City of Maricopa Subdivision Regulations, in its entirety and adopt a new Article 14 of the Maricopa City Code, City of Maricopa Subdivision Regulations. This particular meeting is on the proposed “Chapter 5, Master Plan Development (M.P.D) and Planned Area Development (P.A.D.)” and “Chapter 6, Design Standards.” Discussion Only.

The procedures to follow if you address the Commission are: Commission requests that you express your ideas in five minutes or less and refrain from any personal attacks or derogatory statements about any City employee, a fellow citizen, or anyone else, whether in the audience or not. The Chairman will limit discussion whenever he deems such an action appropriate to the proper conduct of the meeting.

8.0 Executive Session

The Planning & Zoning Commission may go into executive session for purposes of obtaining legal advice from the City’s attorney on any of the above agenda items pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.03 (A)(3).
