Will the dispensary bring more crime to Maricopa?

More drugs in the community, even legal ones, will cause an increase in crime.

The dispensary will have no impact on local crime rates.

Like the study suggests, crime will decrease after the dispensary opens.

Unsure, it's just too hard to predict or I haven't considered it yet.
