A stretch of North Porter Road just north of Honeycutt Road will be closed Saturday for repairs of Tuesday’s busted water main.
This week’s incident was the second in less than three weeks.
Tuesday’s break occurred about noon on North Porter. At the time, Jon Corwin, vice president and general manager of Global Water, said at least one lane of traffic would be closed until repairs are completed.
A broken water main break in the early morning hours of July 8 caused lane closures and delays on Bowlin Road near Central Arizona College.
