Maricopa’s first taste of the 2017 monsoon season will likely dissipate around Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. Today is forecast to be partly sunny with a 40 percent chance of rain, a high of around 96 and a low near 80.

Tuesday will likely be mostly cloudy with a 20-30 percent chance of rain, a high around 97 and a low near 81.

Wednesday should be partly sunny with only a 10-20 percent chance of rain, a high around 100 and a low near 82.

Thursday looks to be mostly sunny with a 10 percent chance of rain, a high around 101 and a low near 85.

Friday should be mostly sunny with a 10 percent chance of rain in the evening, a high around 103 during the day and a low near 83 at night.
