Least expensive home still tops $300K

The least expensive home sold May 10-June 9 was a four-bedroom home at 22557 N. Davis Way in Rancho El Dorado. It fetched $310,000 on May 28.

This two-story home has tile flooring throughout the first floor. There are stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen with a great view of the backyard, which includes a large, covered patio. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a master with a private bathroom. The home sold for $45,000 under the list price.
