Following on the heels of a tax rate hike for Pinal County, the Pinal County Community College District best known as Central Arizona College followed suit. As the Board of Governors did two years ago, they increased the primary tax dramatically and then, after public outcry, reduced the amount of the increase.
The majority of readers who participated in our online poll thought the decision merited a recall election for four of the board members.
