Many InMaricopa.com readers think there’s more to New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s “Bridgegate” story than what the governor has divulged.
Last week, readers responded to our online poll: “Do you believe New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is telling the complete truth about ‘Bridgegate’?”
Of the 290 respondents, 153 (53 percent) voted “no.” Ninety-nine (34 percent) voted “yes.” Thirty-eight (13 percent) were “not sure.”
The poll was posted a day after Christie’s Jan. 9 news conference in which he said a top aide lied to him about her involvement in a September traffic jam in Fort Lee, New Jersey, at the George Washington Bridge.
