Site Location RV Boat Storage
The storage facility would be located east of the southeast corner of White and Parker and Cowtown roads.

Plans for an 11-acre RV and boat storage facility will come before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday night.

Developers of the facility, proposed for east of the southeast corner of White and Parker and Cowtown roads, have requested review and approval of site, landscape, photometric and elevation plans. RKAA Architects made the request on behalf of Eagle Shadow LLC.

The facility would be enclosed in masonry walls for security with screening from neighboring viewpoints. Access would be via a driveway on Cowtown Road and a dedicated exit driveway. Both access points would have automated gates. Developers have proposed a main office of about 950 square feet, a wash/service bay of about 1,300 square feet, about 8,600 square feet of fully-enclosed vehicular storage and a mix of 407 covered and uncovered RV parking stalls of different sizes.

The site will be mostly paved with the exception of the southernmost end, where a gravel surface will allow for a more budget-friendly suite of parking stalls. Lighting will be distributed throughout the site in accordance with municipal guidelines and perimeter landscaping around the site is planned.
