Shamrock Farms Farm Tour is in the “moo-d” for love this Valentine’s Day with special edition tours on Saturday, Feb. 9. Guests will learn the pure and fresh, farm-to-table story and enjoy Valentine’s Day activities in the Welcome Barn, including face painting, a Valentine’s card craft, visits with Roxie and, of course, a sweet treat served with strawberry milk.
In addition to the Valentine’s Day activities in the Welcome Barn, families will experience a fun and educational guided Farm Tour. Tour highlights include a visit to the milking barn that accommodates 1,600 cows (milking 200 at a time), stopping by the cow cafeteria, petting and feeding the baby calves in the calf nursery and much more.
Reservations and pre-payment are required. Tickets are $7 for children and $10 for adults and include all activities. Children under 2 are free. Lunch will be available for an additional cost. To book your tour visit shamrockfarms.net or call 602-477-2462.
