Coach Tony Fuller talks about this year's team.

With a team that is shorter in stature than last year, MHS boys’ basketball will face a difficult schedule, head coach Tony Fuller said.

“Twin Towers” Terrell and Darrell Johnson graduated in May, after the team made the state playoffs for the first time in six years.

Despite the challenges, Fuller said, “we’re quick, we’re athletic and we’re scrappy – and that’s the way we want to play.”

The Rams basketball team scrimmaged on Thursday and goes into competition Monday in the Give Thanks Classic at Notre Dame. The Rams’ first home game is Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. against Campo Verde.
