Spaghetti with Santa to be Pima Butte fundraiser

Santa loves spaghetti, and that’s exactly what’s on the menu for Pima Butte’s school fundraiser on Tuesday, Dec. 12, from 5-7:30 p.m. at the school.

Santa’s helpers will be serving spaghetti (all you can eat), a roll and salad to Pima Butte Elementary students and their parents, as well as their relatives, friends and neighbors. The cost is $8 for adults and $6 for children.

Spaghetti with Santa will be held Tuesday night from 5-7:30 p.m. at Pima Butte Elementary School.

Included in the children’s price is a photo with Jolly Old Saint Nick. Children will also get the opportunity to create a craft, an ornament or other seasonal object, at one of the craft tables.

The event promises to bring a taste of Italy to the holiday season, but according to Principal Janelle Lowey, “We need some more volunteers.”

Lowey, expressing her feeling that the event will be a huge success, indicated, “I hope we see you there!”
