A local man was arrested Monday by Maricopa police after a traffic stop near West Highway 84 in Stanfield.
Robert Ronquillo, 33, had multiple outstanding warrants, ranging from drug paraphernalia, shoplifting and false reporting to law enforcement, police said.
During a traffic stop around 8:30 p.m., Ronquillo identified himself to police, who proceeded to run a wants-and-warrants check. Four warrants came back from Eloy city court with two charges for shoplifting, one for false reporting and another for possession of drug paraphernalia.
A fifth warrant from Pinal County indicated a charge for shoplifting.
The bonds totaled about $8,800, according to the police report.
Ronquillo was arrested by officers and booked into Pinal County Jail.
