Twelve people, including four minors, were arrested on suspicion of various alcohol violations including underage consumption early Wednesday morning, police said.
Officers were called to the 46000 block of West Holly Drive at 2:20 a.m. by a resident concerned about a group of young adults hanging out in his driveway, police said.
When officers arrived, they found the young adults intoxicated and under the legal drinking age.
Maricopa Police Sgt. Stephen Judd said the teenagers were between 16 and 17.
“In contacting those juveniles, it took us across the street to where a fairly large party was going on,” Judd said.
Those arrested included: Melissa Kearn, Zack Wilson, Steven Wilson, Brenden Stephens, Jamie Garibay, Stephoney Perry, Bradley Thompson and Melissa Culver.
Ambulances and the Maricopa Fire Department were called to the scene to transport people to the hospital for overconsumption of alcohol and injuries incurred during a fight at the party.
