Vendor Expo features local businesses, their services and products

Maricopa’s second Vendor Expo was held last weekend. Various vendors were at Pima Butte Elementary on Saturday to display and sell their products and services. All vendors were local business owners or their representatives.

Sponsored by Dawn Madden of MaricopasRealtor.com, the businesses represented a wide range of categories. Food, gifts, beauty products, jewelry, scrapbooking supplies, home décor, personalized business products, candles and much more were available.

The Hot Dog Shack was a popular stop for young and old.

It was a beautiful day, and, although several residents were on hand for the Expo, the crowd was not as large as anticipated. “We really wanted more people to come out and see all the many things local businesses have to offer,” said Gina Sgarra, the event’s coordinator.
