Walk n' Treat

The Pacana Park Walk n’ Treat will welcome kids of all ages from 6 to 8 p.m. today.

The free City of Maricopa event, in the south fields of the park at 19000 N. Porter Road, will host more than 60 area businesses and organizations handing out treats to children.

Masks are highly recommended. Vendors are required to wear masks that cover the nose and mouth. Parties and vendors will be distanced 10 feet apart. Hand sanitizer is available.

Costumes should be family-friendly.

Event parking is available at Saddleback, Leading Edge and Sequoia Pathway schools

Participants are asked to be patient as there will be one line in and out. Staff will be onsite to keep the lines moving to ensure as many guests can go through as possible.

The temperature at 6 p.m. will be around 66 degrees and fall to 58 degrees by the end of the event, so dress accordingly.
