Some Global Water customers were impacted Monday morning when water main broke at the intersection of Honeycutt and Porter roads.
Global employees worked to shut off and re-route the water as Maricopa Police Department blocked traffic lanes.
“We’ll have to excavate to the water main before we can assess the cause and extent,” General Manager Jon Corwin said. “Typically a break is only on one section of pipe, but it will take a while before we have any further information.”
