Bring the sunglasses and the sunscreen this weekend if you're going to Salsa Festival.

This weekend’s forecast calls for continued warm temperatures with lots of sun and only mild breezes for Maricopa’s 12th annual Salsa Festival.

Friday the high will be near 88 degrees with sunny skies and wind from the west at 5-10 mph, according to the National Weather Service. Friday night, the low is expected to be around 51.

Saturday, for Salsa Fest, the high is expected to be near 89 degrees, with afternoon winds from the west at 5-10 mph. In the evening, the low will probably drop to about 53 degrees.

Sunday will be even warmer. The forecast calls for a high of 91 on a clear night. The night will be mostly clear with a low of 52.

Heading into the next week, Monday will be hot and breezy, with a high expected to be 91 and winds gusting up to 20 mph.
