Those traveling to the Valley this weekend via State Route 347 will once again experience delays. Arizona Department of Transportation will be doing construction on the highway between Lakeview/Cobblestone Farms drives at the northern border of the city and Casa Blanca Road.

The road will be restricted to a single lane from 9 p.m. Friday to 10 p.m. Saturday for pavement maintenance.

ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while work is underway. The agency advises that construction schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors.
