Woman accused of damaging car during early-morning dispute

A woman is accused of damaging her husband’s car during a dispute on Tuesday morning, police said. 

Ambria R. Garcia was booked into Pinal County Jail on suspicion of criminal damage (domestic violence) and two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic violence). 

According to the probable cause statement: 

Maricopa Police were dispatched at 4:24 a.m. to a home in Cobblestone Farms on a report of a disturbance. 

When officers arrived, they were informed that Garcia had been screaming and yelling at her partner because she believed he was cheating on her. 

There reportedly were juveniles in the home of the time of the incident. 

Garcia is suspected of hitting her husband’s vehicle with a tire pump, causing approximately $500 in damage to the driver-side mirror and door handle.
