Desert Sun Performing Arts is excited to announce their 13th annual dance recital “A Night at the Movies.”
\nThis exciting and entertaining event, hosted by the DSPA Gems Inc., will showcase some of the most talented young dancers in the city performing to the music from your favorite movies .<\/p>\n
Two shows will take place Saturday, June 8,<\/strong>\u00a0at Maricopa High School’s Performing Arts Center. 45012 W. Honeycutt Ave \u00a0There will be two shows. The first show will be held at 1 p.m. which will feature DSPA’s youngest dancers and competitive team. The second show begins at 5:30 p.m. Tickets available at the box office for $23 each, one hour prior to show start.<\/p>\n In addition to “A Night at the Movies”, there will be a\u00a0choreography showcase featuring “ONYX” contemporary company. \u00a0This performance is nestled between student shows and begins at 3:30 pm. Teens and young adults will compete their choreography for cash prizes.\u00a0The event is sponsored by Maricopa Arts\u00a0Council and Desert Sun Performing Arts. Ticket available at the door for $7
