Central Arizona College recognized this year\u2019s college graduates during a commencement ceremony at the Signal Peak Campus on Friday, May 12, 2023.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A total of 681 graduates for the 2022-2023 academic year were recognized with other graduates earning an additional 147 degrees and certificates. The oldest person to be awarded a degree or certificate this year was 74 and the youngest, 17. Also of note,\u00a0 InMaricopa\u2019s own Brian Petersheim Jr. earned his Associate of Arts degree at the ceremony.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ten students graduated from both CAC and high school as members of the class of 2023. Since CAC\u2019s first graduating class in May 1970, the college has awarded a total of 27,747 degrees and certificates to 20,051 individuals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
