Xtreme Fitness, a lifestyle not just a business

Xtreme Fitness opened for the first time on Wednesday, August 31. Located across from Fry’s in the Marketplace on John Wayne Parkway, this fitness center offers the equipment, the training, and the motivation to help all clients meet their fitness goals.

Owner Phil Nesbihal has over 25 years in the fitness industry, including numerous first place bodybuilding awards. He has put both his knowledge and experience to work in bringing Xtreme Fitness to Maricopa.

“This is not really a business for me,” explained Nesbihal. “It’s my passion, my life. It’s a great feeling to help a client meet his or her health and fitness goals. If clients aren’t doing that, I’ll talk to them, try to motivate them. I call it my personal touch.”

A year in the making, Xtreme Fitness is a full-service co-ed facility. It features cardio equipment as well as extensive free weights. Members can work out seven days a week, from 5 a.m. to midnight, on treadmills, cycles, ellipticals and new resistance training equipment.
