“Yuletide Voices” ring out at Pima Butte Elementary

It’s beginning to sound a lot like Christmas, especially on the stage of the multi-purpose room at Pima Butte Elementary School. Today grades K-5 lifted their voices in song to present various holiday selections in a program entitled “Yuletide Voices.”

Under the musical direction of Dennis Michalski, each grade level presented three selections for the enjoyment of family members and friends.

Kindergarteners and first graders sang old favorites like “Jingle Bells” and “Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”

At 10 a.m. second and third graders presented their renditions of “We Wish you a Merry Christmas” and “Deck the Hall,” among other selections. During the afternoon performance, the fourth graders enumerated the gifts given in “The Twelve Days of Christmas,” while the fifth graders offered “Feliz Navidad” and “Winter Wonderland.”
