A man accused in the disturbing sexual abuse of a Glennwilde woman was arrested Thursday, according to Maricopa Police Department.
Ahkim L. Neely, 26, faces felony charges of sexual abuse and first-degree burglary, and a misdemeanor charge of assault, according to a probable cause statement obtained by InMaricopa.
The victim told police that Neely entered her Ventana Lane home and her bedroom without her consent.
In the bedroom, Neely “requested to have sex with her and pulled down [her] underwear and pants multiple times as [she] told him ‘no’ and to leave the residence,” according to the police document.
Neely allegedly made nonconsensual sexual contact with the woman, which was detailed in the police report but too graphic to print, then asked her for oral sex.
When the woman refused to perform the sexual action as requested, he reportedly told her that “if she did not give him oral sex, he would urinate on her and her bed.”
“Due to Ahkim not retrieving oral sex from [the woman], he urinated on her face, hair, head, bed and pillow,” the report stated.
The woman told Neely that her parents were almost home, and he left.
Neely was placed under arrest at the Maricopa Police Station where he said he was given consent to enter the home.
However, he admitted that he remembered the woman “asking him to leave because her parents were on their way home,” according to the police report, and that “he did urinate on [her] when she did not give home oral sex as requested.”
Public records suggest Neely most recently lived in an apartment complex in Sun Valley, Calif. Although there is no record of him living in Maricopa, he has a local phone number.
Neely in 2014 as a 16-year-old was arrested on charges of armed robbery with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and first-degree burglary, according to Maricopa County Superior Court records. He pleaded guilty to the assault and burglary charges in a plea bargain.
Neely was booked into the Pinal County jail Thursday and faces more than 27 years in prison.
