On Thursday, InMaricopa will host the four candidates for Maricopa City Council for a town hall at the Maricopa Library and Cultural Center. Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions.

InMaricopa will host a Town Hall to help voters get to know the candidates wanting to represent them on the Maricopa City Council on July 7 at the Maricopa Library & Cultural Center.

Community members can attend in-person or virtually as the event will be broadcast live on Facebook.com/InMaricopa.

“Bring your questions,” Publisher Scott Bartle said. “The goal is for Maricopans to know the personalities, policies and priorities of the candidates before ballots are cast on Election Day.”

There is no fee to attend the Town Hall. RSVP on our Facebook events page.

Vice Mayor Vincent Manfredi, Councilmember Henry Wade and Councilmember Rich Vitiello are running to retain their seats on the council. Newcomer Adam Leach is gunning for one of the three available positions.

The primary election is Aug. 2, and early voting begins July 6.
