The city of Maricopa is seeking public comment on zoning map revisions along John Wayne Parkway during an upcoming neighborhood meeting at Copper Sky Multigenerational Center.

The proposed revisions would remove several land parcels from Mixed-Use Heritage District and realign the transportation corridor overlay to be consistent with John Wayne Parkway’s current location.

The neighborhood meeting will be at 6 p.m.  June 14, in Room B at Copper Sky Multigenerational Center. Additional meetings for public comment will take place during a June 29 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting and a July 18 City Council meeting.

For more information, visit Maricopa Planning Division’s website. Comments or questions can be directed to Planning and Zoning Manager Rick Williams at 520-316-6921 or [email protected].
