The City of Maricopa will hold it second Copa Glow Night Market on Friday, Jan. 15 after the success of last year’s event.

The free event, scheduled from 6-10 p.m. at Copper Sky Regional Park, will feature hot-air balloon glow and rides, food trucks, market vendors and a craft beer garden.

Children are welcome to attend, but the event is primarily geared toward an adult audience.

The city is seeking artisans and crafters to showcase their goods. They can click here for information and registration form.

Balloon rides are an additional cost. Click here to purchase a ride in advance.

According to the city, Copa Glow Night Market will comply with CDC-recommended guidelines for large public events. Masks covering the nose and mouth are required for all attendees, staff and vendors. Patrons are asked to maintain a physical distance of at least six feet. Event entry will be regulated to accommodate appropriate distancing measures. Hand sanitizer and disposable masks will be available onsite. Physical markings will be displayed to help individuals maintaining six feet distance in lines. Shuttle windows will be rolled down with staggered seating.
