Desert Sunrise High School has earned top honors in the K-12 category at the 2024 Real Estate Development Awards.

The RED Awards recognition celebrates the collaborative efforts of Maricopa Unified School District alongside its valued partners: Orcutt Winslow Architects, Chasse Building Team and Facility Management Group.

Together, they brought the vision of Desert Sunrise High School to life, embodying innovation and excellence in educational facility design and construction, school leaders said.

The RED Awards, renowned as the pinnacle of achievement in Arizona’s commercial real estate industry, highlight projects that redefine standards and elevate communities. Desert Sunrise High School’s win underscores its transformative impact on education and the local landscape.

Designed by Orcutt Winslow Architects and built by Chasse Building Team, Desert Sunrise High School stands as a testament to forward-thinking design and construction practices, Lopeman said.
