A 25-year-old Maricopa man was killed early Friday morning after crashing into a power pole and overturning his vehicle in the rural Hidden Valley neighborhood, authorities said.
The fatal crash occurred just before 3 a.m. near Warren and Roan Roads, Pinal County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson JD Fitzgerald told InMaricopa. A passerby called in the wreck within minutes, reporting a vehicle on its side.
Deputies arrived to find a red Mini Cooper overturned after striking a power pole, said Fitzgerald.
