At Homestead, amid a bustling disc golf game, I had the pleasure of meeting Ray Alley, a 64-year-old Arizona native who has called Maricopa home for four years. Originally from up north near Holbrook, Ray resides in Rancho El Dorado by the golf course. Semi-retired, he runs RJA Enterprises, a T-shirt and graphics business, where he collaborates with his granddaughter, Eliana Alley.

Ray appreciates Maricopa for its friendly and genuine people, reminiscent of the small-town vibe he cherishes from his hometown in Holbrook. An avid enthusiast of target shooting, Ray enjoys honing his skills with Olympic target pistols, adding an exciting dimension to his life in Maricopa.

This encounter underscores Ray’s active engagement in the community and his love for outdoor activities, making him a delightful addition to the vibrant fabric of Maricopa.
