This is the most expensive home ever listed for sale in Maricopa

With the influx of new builders coming into the city of Maricopa, some subdivisions have parcels that sell out, and the builders move to new areas.

When this happens, builders sell the models that have been serving as show homes. Builders generally make considerable upgrades in model homes to show clients some of the available options.

Fulton Homes in the subdivision of Glennwilde Groves has listed one of its models for sale for $632,876. (More photos here.)
