Neaux Coffee is opening its doors Monday.

The shop will be open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

According to owner/operator Brooklyne Molyneaux, Neaux is “a desert-inspired coffee shop.”

With teas and pastries sourced locally, and all syrups house-made daily, Neaux “will never skimp on quality” she said. Molyneaux said she wanted to open a shop in Maricopa because “not only do we love the desert, but we also love the people in it.”

“It has always been my dream to open a coffee shop and I am so happy to be doing it here in my hometown, Maricopa!” she added.

The menu includes Samoa cookie and salted caramel lattes, expresso, cappuccino, blended coffees, chai and cold brew. Other beverages include iced tea, flavored lemonades and Italian sodas, including passionfruit citrus.

Classic avocado and cheesecake swirl toast and two flavors of oats – strawberries and cream, and maple brown sugar will be offered in addition to an assortment of local pastries.

Neaux Coffee is at 19428 N. Taft Ave., across from the student parking lot at Maricopa High School. You can find the full menu at this link and follow them on Facebook.
