Dallas N. Weiland, 41, was arrested and booked into Pinal County Detention Center on Tuesday, for three failure-to-appear warrants and two aggravated DUI warrants. An additional charge for the ID theft was added, police said.

According to the probable cause statement:

At about 6:30 p.m., Maricopa Police contacted Weiland at Taco Bell, 20980 N. John Wayne Parkway, for an unreleased and unrelated matter.

Officers conducted a records check on Weiland and discovered she had multiple active warrants out of Maricopa County.

Officers searched Weilands purse and discovered an Arizona state identification card and multiple casino player rewards cards.

Taking the identification of another without their consent is a class 4 felony.

Weiland was read her Miranda Rights but would not answer if she did or did not understand them. She asked for an attorney.

Officers contacted the woman whose card Weiland was found in possession of, who told officers her purse had gone missing in July when she went Salt River tubing in Mesa. The woman said she had not given anyone permission to have her ID and that she had never opened a casino rewards card.
