Two other bedrooms in the home share a bathroom. There is an extra room, for an office or loft. The kitchen was sold with upgraded cabinets and quartz countertops, breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry. The house has an RV garage and a two-car tandem garage.

After 51 days on the market, the home sold for a cash offer in $75,000 below its original list price.
