This was Maricopa’s most expensive home sale last month

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home at 40610 W. Desert Fairways Drive in The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado claimed $755,000 on June 3. It was the most expensive sold in Maricopa May 10 through June 9.

This lakeside home boasts an extended paver driveway, RV gate and climate-controlled RV garage that opens to the backyard.

The backyard features a paddleboat ramp, a covered patio with an inground spa, a ramada-covered barbeque, a greenhouse of raised garden beds and a turf lawn.

The previous owner used the RV garage as a game room with a pool table, foosball table and pinball machine. It sold for the asking price.
