After a State Route 347 driver learned the hard way what a solid white line means, a video of the crash is going viral on social media. 

Influencer-at-law @TopDogLaw, real name James Helm, was first to share the clip with his 416,000 followers on Instagram with an analysis of who was at fault. 

The video, reshared yesterday by @ArizonaCantDrive to its 95,000 followers, shows a dark-colored sedan merge suddenly and with no turn signal into the right turn lane at the Cement Plant Road stoplight on SR 347. No sooner does the sedan cross the solid line than it gets steamrolled by a dump truck hauling gravel. 

Helm, a Phoenix attorney offline, said under his @TopDogLaw persona there was no doubt the sedan driver was at fault and would not be scoring that hefty check from Cemex.  

“So many people switch lanes without looking,” Helm said. “The car will be most at fault for this one.”
