Plainview Street near Honeycutt Road has been closed due to an overturned semi-truck, as confirmed by Maricopa Police Department.
No injuries were reported.
The road is expected to remain closed for an extended period while crews clean up the spilled hay bales.
Motorists should consider alternate routes such as White and Parker or Porter Road when entering town from Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway.
