Maricopa Arts Council presents Part 2 of ArtsFest Maricopa. The evening begins with the third act of a recent production of “The Importance of Being Earnest,” performed by Maricopa Community Theatre on the main stage.  During the intermission, both Maricopa Slam Poets and Maricopa Chorus will perform. To cap the event, a selection of films from all three years of Copa Shorts Film Fest’s collection will be shown as well as a “table read” of an award-winning script. Local artists’ works will be displayed in the lobby throughout the evening starting at 6 p.m.
