Registration begins on Monday, November 13, 2017, for the 14th Annual Maricopa’s Family Fishing Day.  The Copper Sky Regional Park lake is 5-acres, stocked with bass, rainbow trout, catfish, bluegill and white amur.  The event is scheduled for Saturday, January 13, 2018, with registration at 7:00 a.m. and the fishing starting at 8:00 a.m. Pre-registration is required and is not limited.  Fishing licenses are not required, during the planned hours of the event for those who are registered to participate.

Additional items that will be for sale at the event include:

• $5 Fishing poles
• $5 BBQ meal (hot dog or pulled pork, cupcakes, chips and drink)
• $1 Goodie bags for children
