The City of Maricopa and community stakeholders have brought in architects and planners to create a framework for a major new city center in Maricopa surrounding the existing City Hall. Through this workshop and design charrette, the design team will develop conceptual level planning and design for a new city center that will include housing, retail, commercial, and open space.
This public workshop will give the community their first opportunity to define the city center vision and identify specific activities that they would like to happen within City Center.
