The community is invited to the inaugural Melting Potluck on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Copper Sky Recreation Complex, 44345 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Share your heritage with the community by bringing your favorite cultural dish or grandma’s famous recipe in a disposable container to the Copper Sky kitchen starting at 8 a.m. The feast will begin at 10 a.m. at the large north pavilion by the lake.

The event is presented by the City of Maricopa and Maricopa Pantry.
