The least expensive home sold in Maricopa from Sept. 10 to Oct. 10 fetched $250,000 Sept. 13.

That’s $3,000 less than last month’s least expensive home sold.

This ranch home at 44140 W. Cydnee Drive has a connected kitchen and living area with a bonus front playroom. The home sustained damage from an air conditioning fire that spread inside the home. It sold for $30,000 under its original list price.

The home was previously sold for $234,900 on April 17, 2005.
