The least expensive home sold in Maricopa from Aug. 10 to Sept. 9 fetched $253,000 Aug. 10.

That’s $133k less than last month’s least expensive home sold, a single-wide manufactured home.

This single-story home on 44875 W. Paitilla Lane has connected living, dining and kitchen areas. It sold for $20,000 below its original list price.

Just a month later, on Sept. 11, the house was placed back on the market $319,000. It has not yet been resold.

The home has changed hands several times. It fetched $133,000 in 2015, $109,600 in 2013 and $74,580 in 2009.
