The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a road rage-related shooting that resulted in a minor injury early this morning.
The authorities told InMaricopa the incident occurred at 3:47 a.m. on State Route 347.
While the authorities are releasing scant details, a white pickup truck was still on the northbound side of SR 347 this morning. It appeared the passenger window was shattered.
DPS spokesman Bart Graves said at 9 a.m. that both drivers involved remained at the scene and were actively being interviewed by investigators.
No further information has been released as the investigation is ongoing.
This is the third road rage-related shooting we’ve reported in recent weeks and the second on State Route 347.
